The History of Best Storm Shelters
Millions of years ago cavemen were smart enough to seek
shelter in the caves and crevices of the earth when the clouds grew dark
and winds began to blow. In modern days we seek shelter in storm
shelters which are embedded in the ground. Twelve years ago Jim and
Rosella Fritz, owners of Stepping Stone Manufacturing, began selling storm
shelters. Since then, over a thousand Oklahomans have had a storm
shelter installed in their backyard affording them and their families a
place of safety from tornadic storms.
After 24 years the Fritz's sold Stepping Stones Manufacturing, but
retained the storm shelter business under the name of
Best Storm
Shelters. Jim Fritz continues to provide the personal service that
his customers have come to expect. His knowledge helps clients find
the most ideal locations for their shelter, and plan for it's
installation.
